India Delivery
At DesiVidesi, we aim to dispatch orders within two business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) and offer free shipping across India for prepaid orders. In case of any delays, we will notify you via phone or email to keep you updated on the status of your shipment.
Estimated Delivery Times (from dispatch):
- Tier 1 Metros: Within 3 working days (e.g., Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad)
- Tier 2 Metros: Within 4 working days
- Rest of India: Within 5 working days
Please Note:
- Deliveries to certain pin codes in Jammu & Kashmir and Northeast India may experience slight delays.
- Delivery times may be impacted by Sundays, national holidays, and state-specific holidays.
- These timelines apply to 90% of orders, but occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen issues with our courier partners.
International Delivery
- Shipping Outside India: Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated based on the rates provided during checkout. Please note that any applicable customs duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Order Timing for Special Occasions: If you're shopping for a special occasion, we recommend placing your order at least 7 -10 days in advance to account for any unforeseen delays.
- Important Reminder: Kindly note that some international customers use an Indian address during checkout to avail of free shipping within India. Please be aware that this option is not valid for international shipping.
