- Eligibility: We offer size and design exchanges within India only. No exchanges or returns are allowed for orders outside India.
- Exchange Window:You must inform us about your exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the shipment via WhatsApp at +91-9082701448. We will be unable to process an exchange if 48 hours have passed since the delivery.
- Self-shipping:Customers are required to courier the item back at their own expense, as DesiVidesi does not cover return shipping charges. - Required Information:Please include your name, address, phone number, email, and order ID on the parcel, along with the size you need for exchange.
- No Refund/Return Policy:As per company policy, we do not provide refunds or returns once a product is sold.
- One-Time Exchange:Each customer is eligible for only one exchange.
Design Exchange Procedure
If you wish to exchange your product for a different design:
- Send the item back to the provided address.
- Once we receive and approve the return, we will ship the new design to you.
Please Note: Only one design exchange is allowed per customer. If you have any questions regarding design, size, material, or other concerns, our team is always happy to assist.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, please take photos and videos while unpacking the shipment. These will be required for verification and processing of any claims.
Color Differences
Please note that a 10-12% color variation may occur due to differences in screen resolution and camera lighting. This is not considered grounds for an exchange or return.
