1. Shipping & Delivery Information

We typically dispatch orders within two business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays), and offer free shipping across India for prepaid orders. In case of any delays, we will notify you via phone or email to keep you updated on the status of your shipment.

The estimated delivery times from dispatch are as follows:

  • Tier 1 Metros: Within 3 working days (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, etc.)
  • Tier 2 Metros: Within 4 working days
  • Rest of India: Within 5 working days

  • Deliveries to certain pin codes in J&K and Northeast India may experience slight delays.
  • Delivery times could be impacted by Sundays, national holidays, and state-specific holidays.
  • These timelines apply to 90% of orders, but occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen issues with our courier partners.

Sizing may vary depending on the design’s intended fit. For example, if the size chart suggests size 40 based on your chest measurement, order size 40. However, for relaxed-fit designs like Kaftans, the garment may measure slightly larger (e.g., 42 or 44 inches at the chest) for a comfortable drape.
If you need a different size after trying on your garment, you can request an exchange within 2 days of delivery.
